Client Responsibilities

  • Timely feedback and approvals

Payments

Project pricing, payment schedules, and terms will be agreed upon before work begins.

Work may not commence until the agreed deposit or initial payment has been received.

Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Amaworks reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Documentation & Handover

Where applicable, project handover documentation may be provided to assist clients in managing their Shopify store, email marketing system, or related assets.

The level of documentation provided may vary depending on the project scope.

Third-Party Platforms

Projects may involve third-party services including Shopify, Klaviyo, apps, plugins, or external software.

Amaworks is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Amaworks does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, sales performance, or marketing outcomes.

Amaworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
